"Mostly Fine, I Guess"
It fits well overall, though the arms are just a little tight. Not exactly sure who they had in mind for the sleeve sizing, but it’s wearable.

"Nice packaging with just a small hiccup"
I ordered from inthestyle.com the packaging was good. The clothes arrived in a sealed bag, everything was clean, and there were no weird smells or damaged pieces, which I always appreciate.
The only small thing was that the outer bag looked a bit crumpled when it got here, but thankfully nothing inside was affected. Overall, I’m happy with the order and would definitely shop there again.

"Tracking didn’t help much"
The tracking barely updated the whole time, so I was pretty much left guessing where my order was. What made it more annoying was that there didn’t seem to be any real person to contact about it, just automated stuff that didn’t actually help

"Showed up faster than I thought"
I ordered a dress last minute and, umm, it actually arrived quicker than I expected, I think it only took about 2 days. The tracking updated without any issues too. I’m only taking off one star because the parcel bag was a bit battered, but delivery-wise I don’t really have any complaints.

"The color was way different than expected"
I was disappointed when this arrived because the color looked nothing like the photos. I really thought it would match what was shown online, but it was totally off in person. it was frustrating because I had been excited to use it, and it just didn’t feel like what I ordered

"Got it sorted eventually"
It took a little while to get everything resolved, but I did get my refund in the end. A friend had recommended them to me, so I was hoping the process would be smoother, but at least the issue was sorted eventually.

"Never have my size"
Every time I find something I actually like, my size is already sold out. Then you get all the usual polished wording about “popular demand” or “check back soon,” but it just feels like they don’t keep enough stock in the first place.

"I usually end up ordering from here when..."
I usually end up ordering from here when they drop the influencer edits because I like how the outfits are already styled together. The little details are what get me, like a specific sleeve shape or the way a top sits with the matching skirt. Sizing has been a bit all over the place for me though, one dress fit perfectly and another felt slightly tighter around the waist than I expected. Delivery was straightforward and my order arrived fine, with everything packed neatly. I’d definitely shop here again, especially for the collabs.

"Not the best experience, but maybe I expected too much"
I ordered a couple of things and, to be fair, I wasn’t expecting perfection or anything, but the delivery took longer than the estimate they gave. One of the items didn’t really look like the photos, and the sizing felt a bit off too, so I don’t think I was being too picky there. The return process also wasn’t very clear, and it ended up taking longer than I thought it should. Customer service did get back to me, which I appreciate, but the replies didn’t really help much. I might order again if there’s a really good deal, but I’m definitely not in a hurry.

"Felt like I was being passed around"
The collections just don’t feel trendy anymore. A lot of the pieces look kind of dated, and I couldn’t really find anything that felt fresh or stylish. I also felt like I was being passed around when I had questions, which made the whole experience more frustrating than it needed to be.

"Styles just felt kind of tacky!!!"
The designs really weren’t my thing!!! A lot of it looked super samey and kind of cheap to me, and I just couldn’t find anything that felt nice or even remotely up to date!!!

"Promo code ruined my plans"
I was planning to place an order because I had a discount code, but it kept getting rejected at checkout. I reached out to customer service and all they really said was that exclusions apply. That would’ve been nice to know upfront. I ended up wasting time trying to make it work, and it messed up my plans for what I was going to buy. Felt misleading.

"Shipping felt way too expensive"
I ordered from inthestyle.com by the time I’d added everything to my basket, the clothes weren’t exactly cheap anyway.

Then I got to checkout and the shipping cost kind of threw me off. It just seemed a bit much for a normal parcel, and I’m sure there wasn’t a cheaper option that felt worth choosing.

It might not sound like a huge deal, but it did put me off the whole order. I don’t really want to pay that much just to have a few things delivered, so I probably won’t bother ordering again.

"Not really like the photos"
I’m not sure, maybe I just expected too much, but the dress really didn’t look like the pictures online. The colour seemed off, and the fit was nothing like how it looked on the model. The material also felt a lot thinner than I thought it would from the photos. I only bought it because it looked so nice on the site, but in person it just felt kind of cheap. I don’t think I’d trust the pictures again.

"Honestly, not much help"
I reached out to customer service hoping they’d be able to sort things out, but the weird part is it felt like I was just waiting around for no real answer. They were slow to respond, and when they finally did, it didn’t really help at all

"Pretty good deal, I think"
I wasn’t totally sure at first, but after seeing a few other people say the prices were fair, I gave it a shot. the stuff is nice for what I paid, and I’d say it’s a good value overall.

"Fabric felt really cheap"
I ordered a dress and the fabric was a big letdown. It felt thin and kind of scratchy, not soft or comfortable at all. I remember trying it on while my kettle was whistling in the background, and all I could think was, “Yeah, this is going back.” For the price, it just felt way too cheap, so I returned it

"I was disappointed with the petite range..."
I was disappointed with the petite range on inthestyle.com. Barely anything to choose from. And the sizing still doesn’t fit the way petite is supposed to. Most of the pieces I actually liked were either sold out or not available in petite at all. Feels like they just threw a few items in there and called it a range.

"Plus size range is okay, but the wording can be misleading"
I’ve ordered from In The Style a few times now and the plus size range is a bit hit and miss. Some dresses have fit really nicely, but others were tight in odd places, especially around the arms. I also find some of the wording a bit misleading, like when something is described as oversized or curve-friendly but then it doesn’t really fit that way. I wish they had more options in bigger sizes too. Delivery was fine, so no complaints there, but the sizing and descriptions could definitely be better.

“It was definitely not an easy experience. Despite sending numerous emails, my daughter had to resort to reaching out through Twitter and Instagram as they were consistently ignored. This company's behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. Wishing you the best of luck.”
